HELVETIQ is excited to accept applications for a sales and marketing intern.
The internship provides hands-on experience to recent graduates interested in tabletop games, books and creative industries. End of studies internships are also welcome.
Location: Basel. Duration: 6 months minimum, 100%.
Starting date: from September or by arrangement.
ABOUT HELVETIQ
Helvetiq is an international independent publishing house with offices in Basel and Lausanne, Switzerland. We publish casual games distributed in 40 countries. We also publish books in French, German and English including non-fiction for adults, children’s books and graphic novels. Our team comprises fifteen professionals and we pride ourselves for the fourteen languages spoken among us. Our work environment is creative, collaborative and fast-paced.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Supporting the sales team in their daily tasks
• Processing orders
• Supporting the sales team in researching new sales channels
• Supporting the sales team in the preparation and follow-up of international trade fairs and events
• Handling review requests
• Assisting with copywriting (press releases, newsletters, catalogs, etc.)
• Supporting online communication (website and social media)
• Working in our small shop
QUALIFICATIONS
• Interest and enjoyment of books and board games
• Verbal and written fluency in German and English, French an advantage
• Communication skills, organizational skills, flexibility
• You are open to a multicultural working environment and enjoy working independently and as part of a team
• You like to take initiative, are dynamic, committed and responsible
